PROVE OF GOD’S LOVE-CHRISTS SACRIFICIAL DEATH ROMANS 5:8
In the previous article, we examined the first point, discussing God’s work of knitting our whole body parts together while in the womb.
Today, let’s explore the second point, focusing on Christ’s sacrificial death on the cross of Calvary.
PAINFUL DEATH: It sounds simple, but it’s easier said than done than a human being choosing to die for the other. Peter told the Lord he would die with Him, but acting his words became impossible. Peter even forgot his promise because his focus was defense, but God had to use a cock.
Even in Romance, we sometimes lie to our fellow lovers that we are willing to die for them, but however much you hear breaking news, you will never hear that a certain man or woman was buried together with his/her husband.
But Jesus Christ willingly went towards death and died for us.
IMPORTANCE OF BLOOD: In the Old Testament, blood sacrifice is required to atone for humanity’s sins when Adam sinned. A specific animal is required for a specific sin. Though some people feel stronger than Adam, if Simon Peter were alive, he would answer such people and tell them about his experience when he thought he could defend Christ but later confessed.
Let’s look at Leviticus 17, “because blood contains life. I have given this blood to you to make peace with me on the altar. Blood is needed to make peace with me.
Leviticus 17:11″
One day, two brothers were fighting, and the other had in his hands peeled orange, still round like a ball. When the fight began, he boxed his brother with the orange, which busted on his forehead. This guy didn’t know it was orange juice flowing from his head, but he felt something flowing down like blood and screamed loudly because he thought there was an opening in his head. When the juice reached his lips, he checked with his hands, tested it, found it was sweet, and began leaking it with relief as bystanders laughed.
God’s Love was up to the extent of Christ losing all His blood, so God loves us.
In the next article, I will explore the third point about biblical proof of God’s Love.
